This is the new corporate headquarters for the nearly 100-year-old R. Torre & Company,
the makers of Torani Syrups (a high-volume, custom-bottling plant). CCI's scope of work
included seismic retrofitting of the building, the construction and coordination of two high-volume
bottling lines, as well as offices and a testing/catering kitchen. As Torani exploded with the coffee
boom of the 90s, CCI was able to accommodate them with a fast-track design-build team.

CCI played an integral role as both the general contractor and as
part of the pre-construction design team on this state-of-the-art silicon wafer remanufacture facility.
The project includes a series of clean rooms from class 10 to class 10,000, all connected by an underground
trench system with the dual purpose of utility distribution and HAZMAT containment. The exterior equipment
pad has a very sophisticated waste treatment facility as well as nitrogen generation and high-end and
low-end D.I. water plant. The project was completed on time and on budget for a grand opening for customers
such as IBM Corp, Intel Corporation, and Texas Instruments.
